How long does shipping take for Aventon bikes?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aventon e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85-90% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the setup in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that e-bikes are subject to a restocking fee and must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every Aventon e-bike comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the frame and essential components like the motor and battery.
Are the batteries waterproof for outdoor use?
Aventon batteries are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged or cleaned with a high-pressure power washer.
