At Aventon, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all e-bikes and accessories in new, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and ready to hit the road.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tools, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
